MOBILITY
Mobility is fundamental to your functional movement and on-demand requirements. It’s the feedback to your system relies upon for the coordinated effort you need (it’s the team members).
STABILITY
Stability is founded in your core system of support. More than muscular, the core system is synched from neuromuscluar and motor control patterns. Proper timing of the core system is not a volitional thinking process. Your stability is key in the transfer of power and force you rely upon for the extraneous maneuvers and actions you take to safe another.
BREATHING
Breathing Is more than a deep big breath, a timed breath, or a breath hold. It is your physiological basis for all of your health, fitness and performance capacities. Bringing some attention to the behavior of your breathing during different part of your day will reap better fruits to your labors of being the best you can be in your profession and your life.
FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY
Your functional capacity is the combination of good mobility and stability, healthy breathing and functional movement. To meet the demands of your profession effectively with efficiency is essential to having the valor left – your physical, physiological and mental resources – for the rest of your life.
