I specialize in tailoring a care plan and program for you. With 30 years of clinical experience, I appreciate being able to screen and observe breathing dynamics, mobility, fundamental movement and whole body functional movement – to understand what is possible for healing.
The gift of being in-person is I get to confirm what I see with a manual, hands-on assessment. We are integrative whole human beings, and often the source of your pain is not where it’s bothering you. And this in not limited to seeing me in-person – a good screen and keen observation can be the source of support online.

I enjoy this process of working with people 1:1 and help you discover your patterns and habitual holding tendencies that are inhibiting your success and building upon this with exercises and practices that access your health and capacities for living life beyond pain. their access to their health.

I can address a great deal of what is needed for your recovery and for your progress toward doing what you want to do in your life. There are no direct references (some have said it’s like craniosacral; it’s not) besides the words of the founder of classical osteopathy, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still. The approach is palpable, the experiences are profound change you can feel, and the results are life giving to help you move in a direction with greater potential for recovery, healing and beyond.
As a dedicated practitioner in the healing arts (Physical Therapy being one of those), in person movement and breath assessment, and hands-on methods address:

Once the painful limitations have been addressed life can really take off! I suggest people explore beyond their rehabilitation success into how to up-level their capacities. It is the best way to prevent setbacks and repeated experiences of that painful region. Many stop when the pain is “bearable” or is not limiting their movement in daily activities or exercise. I encourage you to not normalize pain. If you re-experiencing pain, especially during exercise, then something is off. Then once the pain is not signalling, move more and move often in new patterns and loads to build capacity. This is the BEYOND! Go BEYOND what you thought was possible with the proper guidance in a program to accomplish being at your best…..BEYOND the status quo of just being pain-free.
I always educate my clients that any external assistance (my skills, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, counseling, etc.) is only as effective as how you can own the new freedoms to move and breathe with what changed. The best service gives back to your ability to integrate the changes through a meaningful and tailored mobility, movement and/or breathing program.
