Hatha Yoga Practice
In the style of Shadow Yoga, this advanced practice requires the practitioner to have a stable practice based in accessibility to the bone support. Emphasis placed on opening the torso and upper segments of the body that promote preparation for the more subtle practices of pranayam, mantra and meditation.
Previous experience with Shawn’s teaching required to attend this advanced offering.
