The Optimist in Human Potential

The Optimist is you who optimizes your accessible potential and the curiosity you hold about discovery more of who you really are and engaging in furthering your growth and development toward who you want to be and what you want to be doing being full of potential.

Yes this is optimistic. It’s that because I hold the belief that everyone has the potential to be a human doing things with integrity and quality; being great at what you want to be and do. It is not about self improvement, but rather coming into your full self through practical means and willing to be guided along the way. Self-guidance is one thing, and practices can take you a long ways on the journey. But you can’t do it all alone, as your blind spots will lead you astray.

Guided along the way could be a intimate relationship with someone you want to spend time with, a partner in this life. Guided along the way could be a coach, mentor, or teacher willing to offer their best in supporting what you want from guidance. Guided along the way could be a set of principles, tested by the practitioner who provides those principles, not read from some book and relayed in blended words from non-practical “knowledge”; but rather practiced, tested with time and in observation by another that can point you in a direction toward what you want.

My guidance for the Optimist is in the power and possibilities that exists through the exploration of movement and the breath, and how an individual excitingly wants to participate in the process of discovering their true human potential.
