Your Strength is a shapeless, boundless, unmeasurable, unchangeable, and always available to us. It’s transparency and lucency allows the clouds of thoughts, emotions, and disturbances to pass through. This internal strength is unabiding – sustainable through connection, unchangeable through belief, omni-present through acceptance and awe. With internal strength, the body and mind are supple, fluid, and unmasked by the clouds that veil the power of our vital resource.
This unbinding strength is experienced as a deeper source of our support. It is experienced when we are not distracted or deflected by the physical symptoms that pose inhibitions and precautions; not crowded by the mental constructs of how we move, do an activity, or be in relationship to others; not pressed, squashed, or undone by the upheavals of our un-integrated and unresolved emotional states; or not overrun with our perceived burdens and struggles of our lives that may trigger our survival mechanisms to live through a certain situation or condition.
This strength becomes available through our awareness of this source of well-being. It is cultivated through practices – soul directed activities performed daily, as a means to touch, experience, integrate, and utilize for states of healing, and promotions of wellness, that are beyond the physical by-products of practice (flexibility, power, fluidity, balance, etc.). The true depth of healing and wellness is all of our being, as the inherent strength of our being animates and fills every cell of our existence.
It is up to each individual to explore, experiment, and stay in constant contact through a practice of movement and relaxed focused attention that incorporates the sense of touch (feeling) and awareness of this unbinding source for their true healing and well-being.
