The Space Between is a place where time pauses for a moment, where the body and mind can rest and cultivate self-healing and self-growth.

Through insight and body awareness practices, you’ll learn how to recognize an imbalanced state of anxiety and stress and cultivate strategies to restore your body and mind to a natural, harmonious state.

  • Develop practices of body & breath awareness to improve our tolerance to stress & anxiety.
  • Learn how to stay connected to another who is in a highly anxious state, without ourselves becoming anxious.
  • Learn to recognize early signs of distress & transform those patterns.
  • Identify how we hold onto “stories” and how Yoga and mindfulness exercises help release us from those stories.
  • And, much more    including take home resources, links to videos and audio resources to assist you transition to new strategies.
